Terms of service

These terms cover your use of LimeVoxa. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using LimeVoxa for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to use LimeVoxa.

Use LimeVoxa lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to create harmful, misleading or illegal content, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to disrupt or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of the content you upload and of the presentations you create. You give us the permission we need to process that content in order to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your work.

You can start free. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your workspace settings; changes take effect from the next billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

We work hard to keep LimeVoxa available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Where the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

We may update the service and these terms over time. If we make a significant change to the terms, we will make it clear. You can stop using LimeVoxa and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
