Account details you give us, such as your name, email address and workspace settings.

The content you create or upload so we can build your presentations and related materials.

Basic usage information, such as pages visited and features used, so we can keep the product reliable and improve it.

Payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it. This sets a cookie in your browser, but only if you accept analytics on the consent banner shown on your first visit. Decline and no analytics cookie is set, without losing access to the site.

Essential cookies needed to run the site and keep you signed in are always set. Analytics cookies are optional and off until you opt in. We do not sell your data.

To provide the service: building your presentations, scripts, handouts and other outputs.

To keep your account secure and to prevent misuse.

To support you when you contact us, and to send essential service messages.

To improve the product and understand which features help people most.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Temporary files created while the AI works on a job are removed after the job finishes. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. You can object to certain uses, and you can withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any right, email privacy@limevoxa.com. LimeVoxa is built for GDPR from the ground up.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run LimeVoxa, such as our hosting, database and payment partners, and only as far as needed. We require them to protect your data. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
